Built for operators who actually haul units.
Not another generic field-service tool dressed up with a new logo. DropHaul is purpose-built for portable sanitation — the workflows, the language, the problems that only people in this industry understand.
The Origin
We built DropHaul because we watched operators run their businesses on clipboards and group texts.
Every other trade got modern software years ago. Landscapers, plumbers, HVAC techs — they all have dispatch tools built for how they work. But portable sanitation operators? Still stuck with whiteboards, paper route sheets, and a phone that never stops ringing.
We saw the same story over and over: an owner running a 5- or 10-truck operation, growing fast, but buried in manual work. Handwriting route sheets at 4 AM. Chasing down drivers for service confirmation. Billing customers weeks late because the paperwork got lost in the cab of a truck. Losing money not because the work wasn't there, but because the back office couldn't keep up.
The big national carriers have custom-built systems and dedicated IT teams. The independent operator has none of that — and they're the backbone of this industry. They serve the communities and the job sites that the big guys skip. They deserve tools that respect their time, their money, and the work they do every day.
That's why DropHaul exists. Not to disrupt anything. Just to give every operator the same advantages the big companies have — at a price that makes sense for a 5-truck fleet.
What We Believe
Our values aren't posters on a wall.
Built for the field, not the boardroom.
Software that works with gloves on. No bloat, no features added just to look good in a demo. Every screen earns its place by making your day shorter.
Honest pricing, no surprises.
Flat rates. No per-unit fees, no gotcha charges. You know what you pay before you sign up. We grow when you grow — not by nickel-and-diming every unit you add.
Your data is yours.
Export everything, anytime. No lock-in, no hostage games. If you leave, your customer list and service history go with you.
We pick up the phone.
You won't get a chatbot. You won't get a ticket number. You'll get a person who knows portable sanitation and can actually help.
The Team
Small team, big mission.
DropHaul is a small, focused company — intentionally. We're not chasing venture capital or trying to be everything to everyone. We build software for one industry, and we aim to be the best at it.
Being lean means every feature ships with intention. There's no product committee adding complexity nobody asked for. When an operator calls and says "I need this," it goes on the roadmap. When a feature doesn't pull its weight, it gets cut. That's the advantage of a team that talks to customers every single day.
